<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">"Using the principles of astrology, a horoscope can be created that shows the forces of karma that a person carries, and it can be calculated from the time of the birth of that person. By knowing the time of birth of an individual, an astrologer that is skillful can chart the destiny of a person that is accurate and tuned to the lifespan of that individual. </span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Karma is then described as the total of the actions of a person or individual in this state of existence and past stages and has direct consequences as far as a person’s future state of existence in this life and those that are to come. It is also held out to be the law of moral causation. </span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Karma is the main principle behind Buddhism as well. This belief acknowledges that every living thing has a cosmic energy which will interact with a karma generated by that individual which will determine the course that the individual will take during a lifetime. </span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">This principle is very similar to the principles of astrology. In order for a life to exist to its full potential there are specific factors, such as nature, mental energy and seasons have to become fulfilled. The karmic energy and mental energy are interacting on a constant basis and are also dependent upon each other which brings about change and progress, or disorder in one’s life, depending upon which influences a person subscribes to. </span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Astrology says that the specific time that a person is born is determined in advance by the karmic and cosmic energy, while Buddhism says the same thing in so many words. So the link between the two could be said to be that life is not merely an accident, but is greatly influenced by the karmic and cosmic energy that interacts.</span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Both also would agree that the actions of a person during a lifetime will work for or against that person depending upon how the individual follows that karmic force that prevails upon them. Once a person is born, a life is controlled by the interaction of these forces. </span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Buddhism points out that a person has a way out of the dilemma of being trapped in these forces, by stating that all karmic forces are stored in the subconscious mind. The good karma is then emphasized and the bad karma is destroyed and done away with by the development of the mind which will destroy the bad influences and thus purify the mind. </span></span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Both astrology and Buddhism emphasize that the free will of the individual can do much to understand the karmic forces which are influencing them, and they both provide means of coping with them and rising above their influences to the better good." </span></span></h4>

<br />
<br />
At the core of hoodoo are African folkloric practices such as crossing and uncrossing, using spiritual baths and washes, laying tricks, creating grisgris bags, crossroads magic, and foot track magic. Knowledge of these terms is essential in the practice of New Orleans Voodoo. <br />
<br />
Simply put, crossing refers to spiritual works that cause harm or bad luck, while uncrossing refers to works that reverse it. There are a number of products sold that are used to aid in putting and end to crossed conditions, particularly when used in conjunction with one or more of the psalms. <br />
<br />
For example, products such as uncrossing crystals, oils, sachet powders, and incenses are believed to be particularly effective when used in conjunction with the 37th psalm. <br />
<br />
The word cross is virtually synonymous with the words hex, jinx, and curse. <br />

<br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Foot track magic is one of the hallmarks of hoodoo. It involves throwing powders and such in the path of a target, who will suffer from abnormal maladies and a run of bad luck once they have walked on it. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The belief is that the toxic properties of the powder will be absorbed through the foot and “poison” the individual. Ailments such as back problems, difficulty walking, water retention, especially in the legs, and difficulty concentrating are some of the complaints of those who have been victimized in this fashion. The only cure is removal by a rootworker. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Foot track magic occurs in two ways: the direct method, and the sympathetic method. The direct method is when the powder or other substance is thrown on the ground or a bottle is buried and the person’s foot actually touches or walks over it. Some folks take care and throw down the mess in an X pattern. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I was always told you just throw it where you know the person is going to walk. The second method involves capturing the person’s foot print by gathering the dirt from an actual foot print of the target, or by taking an old sock or shoe and doctoring it with some other powder to jinx or cross a person.</span>

Spell #1:
When the moon is in a Waning Phase, write on white parchment paper the full name of the person you want to move, along with birth date. Roll up the paper, with a photo if you have one, place inside a bottle of vinegar, then toss into a body of running water, visualize your enemy moving away as the bottle is washed away.
Spell #2:
Get a small jar or bottle with a lid. On a piece of paper draw a house with a big X thru it. Then write their name on it 9 times on the outside of the house in the picture. Fill the jar with 4 thieves vinegar, cap and cast into a moving body of water. You can also intensify this with splashing War Water on their outside door knobs and their porch. As you do this, visualizing them packed up and moving, driving away down the street away from their house.

<b>A strong and <b>powerful deck</b>. There is enough magic in
the deck & book to get you into serious trouble and nothing to get
you out of trouble once you get in. Remember that in all forms of <b>magic</b>,
it’s easier to get into trouble & harder to get out of it than
novices imagine. On the other hand, there’s nothing here that will kill
you. As for the “real stuff”, there’s not a trace. If you want that (and
you probably do, that’s why you’re reading this), you’ll still have to
find a <b>magician</b> to initiate you. Here’s a useful hint:
As long as you’re looking for him, he’ll avoid you. It’s not personal,
it’s just the western version of “one hand clapping”.<br />
<span id="more-92"></span><br />
The deck: There are the usual 22 major arkana, plus a Wild Card, shown
above, which makes a total of 79 cards. Some card titles are given in
Creole, which is distantly recognizable as French. Suits: Petro
(fire/wands); Santeria (pentacles); Rada (air/swords); Congo (cups).
Court cards are Houngan (king); Mambo (queen); La Place (prince/knight);
and Hounsis (princess).</b><br />
<b>Remember that if you call spirits, those that appear will exactly
reflect your moral purity and that, once present, will not be under your
complete control. These two facts should give pause. Voodoo has long
been strong in Haiti & there are related reasons why that country
has always been a mess. But this deck is New Orleans voodoo, not Haitian
nor west African.</b><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">This is best done on a saturday on a waning moon.
</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">
Construct the poppet( voodoo doll), with whatever materials you have
chosen, it doesnt have to be artistic, make whatever you can that
resembles a human( the person you want dead). All while doing it
visualize it as the person.
</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">
Put the personal items either inside or firmly stuck on the poppet. Get
the graveyard dust/ dirt. make sure it is dirt from a real grave yard
you have gathered yourself. and put it in and on the poppet, then as you
visualize the popet as the person with as much focus and hate, you then
stab it, knowing you have killed the person.
</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">
Be as hateful as you can, then you take it and either bury it in a graveyard or outside the persons home or their place of work.
</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">
After doing such workings it is then advisale to clean you aura and
chakras and I personally like to also have a spiritual cleansing
bath(with rue herb or rue oil, eggshell powder and sea salt).

You will need a few items for this spell though:<br />
• A small bottle with a lid<br />
• 5 coins in different denominations<br />
• 5 kernels of dried corn<br />
• 5 sesame seeds<br />
• 5 pieces of cinnamon stick<br />
• 5 whole cloves<br />
• 5 allspice seeds<br />
• 5 peanuts<br />
Choose a bottle large enough to fit everything but not too large. You
want to fill the bottle. And the peanuts are just the edible parts (no
shells) and unsalted. <br />
Put everything in the bottle and shake it up. While you're doing so, repeat the words of the spell:
<br />
<blockquote>
<i>Silver and spices<br />
Copper and grain<br />
I need to increase<br />
My financial gain</i></blockquote>
Store the finished bottle near where you keep your wallet or
purse, but you don't have to carry it with you (though you can if you
want). As you can see from the words, having at least one coin that is
silver and copper would be great.

Apples have a long magickal history,
and they are a very powerful fruit to use in any type of love spell.
You will need the following for this spell:<br />
<ul>
<li>1 fresh, ripe red apple (yes it has to
be red)</li>
<li>1 slip of white or pink paper</li>
<li>1 small piece of rose quartz</li>
<li>Honey</li>
</ul>
Find a fantastic looking red apple, and
carefully cut it to remove the core but leave the rest of the apple
intact. Kind of like making a jack o'lantern. Save the "lid"
too. Once you've made your little apple bottle, repeat the following:<br />
<em>Deep within this apple's heart,<br />I cast this spell to have a start,<br />At love and romance coming soon<br />Bring it 'fore the next full moon.</em><br />
Write down the name of your intended
love, or if you prefer to keep in non-specific, some traits that you
want to see in a romantic partner. Fold it up and put it in the
apple. Drop in the quartz, and dribble some honey in over it all.
Place the lid on top to seal up the spell.
<br />
Place the apple somewhere in your
kitchen for a few days (not in the fridge, or you'll put a chill on
the whole thing). Keep an eye on the apple, and as soon as it starts
to get soft, you need to bury it outside. Don't let it get fully
rotten, just starting to go. Bury it, and you should see some new
love come your way soon.<br />
<ins id="aswift_0_expand" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: inline-table; height: 60px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 468px;"><ins id="aswift_0_anchor" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: block; height: 60px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 468px;"></ins></ins>
<br />
<b>Open Their Eyes Spell</b><br />
This is a more subtle approach to a free
love spell, and it just makes someone think about you a little more
often. It won't make them love you, but does put you in their
thoughts each day. Sometimes, that's all it takes.<br />
<ul>
<li>2 white candles</li>
<li>A piece of clear glass (not a mirror!)</li>
<li>A red marker</li>
<li>2 pieces of red yarn or string</li>
<li>Rose oil</li>
</ul>
For the glass, you can use a broken
piece of window or even a jar if you have to. It needs to be clear
and a few inches across at least. If you are using broken glass, just
be careful with your fingers.<br />
Anoint the candles with rose oil, and
tie a bow around each one with red yarn. Set them up in candle
holders a few inches apart. On the glass, use the marker to draw an
eye with a heart in it on both sides of the glass, right over top
each other.
<br />
Prop the glass up between the candles
and light them. Think about the person you are interested in, and say
their name a few times. Look through one side of the glass and watch
the flame through the eye you drew. <br />
Let the candles burn out on their
own, and you'll find that person can't stop thinking about you now
that their eyes are open. Now that you have their attention, make the most of it.<br />

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Delphine Lalaurie's haunted house is a famous ghost story and is
considered by most to be the only original true haunted house ghost
story of New Orleans through out all time.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Royal Street-- With
grand balcony garden houses and the most unique shop lined bankets,
which runs through the French Quarter, and it is more then just very
haunted.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Many have reported over the years seeing a dark haired
woman dressed in a long black dress, always ... alone pale as the moon
and solemn, rain or shine, day and night walking on the great wrought
iron balcony. And tales from who have seen her and so have claimed to
even have spoken to her. Madame Lalaurie's ghost is said to be very
quiet and once spoken to or acknowledged instantly disappears before
your very eyes.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The
majestic grand LaLaurie House, is located at 1140 Royal Street New
Orleans, Louisiana. There is, indeed, a long and sorted dark grim
history associated with the large old mansion, and it is all traced back
to the most evil " Devil Woman" whoever lived of the Old French
Quarter, Madame Delphine LaLaurie herself.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">So often called the
Most Haunted House in New Orleans and America by many locals and tourist
alike, many stories of it's past hauntings still circulate. But new
ones are on the rise more and more cropping up every day. One local
ghost hunter says that since hurricane Katrina devastated the city many
of the haunting's are now more active then ever. Especially these of
this popular most haunted spot.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The Lalaurie House is a real
place, though it is now luxury apartments. Whatever was haunting it
seems to have never left, as there is now surfacing recent reports of
new disturbances, ghost sightings and many new ghost photos. A recent
visitor to New Orleans told of her encounter with a period costume
dressed elegant lady atop the royal street balcony." I was glancing up I
asked her might I take her photo." " I was thinking to myself how nice
it was to see a lady in a long old fashioned 1900's period dress." "I
snapped the photo, said Jean Mason and then looked up and she was gone."
"The photo in question showed only the empty wrought iron balcony and
no one in the photo even though I spied her in the view finder."</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Although most of the current tenants always refuse to talk about the
actual goings-on in the Lalaurie house, there are still worried glances
and tight lips when tour groups go by or would be ghost hunters rush
upon a resident to question them.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Ryan Colman was on a late
night time Haunted walking tour of the French Quarter. He had taken the
tour full well knowing that the Lalaurie house was part of the haunted
places they would stop. And he wanted to see what info the tour guide
had, as well as see what others in the crowd would say or experience
when the notorious real haunted house was in prominent view.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">"As our well spoken tour guide told the Lalaurie ghost story the nine of
us in the intimate tour group all looked up to see a pale lady dressed
in a long black floor length 1800's style dress." We all were thinking
this was part of the tour's ghost experience, a few of us waved and I
personally shouted up." " Please smile so we can take your picture."
Well, she just nodded. The tour guide said aloud distracting us making
us all look at him at once asking me "Who are you talking to! " " I then
looked up as did the others and she was just gone in the blink of an
eye!"</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">For protection from being crossed by an enemy, go to the grave of your nearest relative and buy some dirt from them. Dig a hole at the head of the grave and offer them one dollar. Take a tablespoon of dirt from the hole and stick that dollar bill into the hole and cover it up. Tell your relative you need their help to keep your enemies away from you. Take the dirt and sprinkle it in front of your home and you will be protected from then on.</span></h4>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">A few months after Hurricane Katrina, construction crews moved in and began helping to rebuild the city of New Orleans.</span></div>
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: justify;">
During renovations on one flood damaged home, workers discovered a hidden room behind a false wall. It looked like the hidden room had been sealed up for at least a hundred years!</div>
</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: justify;">
Inside was some kind of stone altar, covered with strange dolls, statues, candles and bottles. In the middle of the altar, resting in the middle of a circle drawn with some kind of strange white powder, was an old hand written leather book. It was a strange combination of English and French, and the workers could only make out small parts here and there; "To Bring a Lover" , "To Win at Gambling", "To Become Succesful", "To Obtain the Three Magic Bones".</div>
</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: justify;">
Dozens and dozens of chants, and spells, and incantations. It was hard to make sense of it all. One part seemed to be a list of various oils and their ingredients, another section told of how to foretell the future from a card game called Patience, and goes on to explain the method and the meanings of the cards.</div>
</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: justify;">
These men knew nothing of Voodoo and Hoodoo, and almost threw the book and other items away. Then they saw on the inside cover of the book one thing they had heard of, a name.One that anyone who has ever set foot in New Orleans has heard.</div>
</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: justify;">
Written on the inside cover were these words: "Property of Marie Laveau".</div>

<span style="color: #cccccc;"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">Floor washes are used to remove negativity from the home or </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">business or to bring good fortune, increase the number of customers, or to </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">attract love. Florida Water is commonly used as a floor wash. A ritual floor </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">washing typically starts at the back of the premises and end at the front door </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">step. The top floor is washed from the ceiling to the floor, and this is </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">repeated on each floor until one reaches the front door, where extra time is </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">spent scrubbing the doorway. For the best results, wash your floors, corners </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">of the rooms, closets, doorsteps, and spray a little on the walls, fabrics and </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">furniture. To dispose of the left-over wash water, throw it out the front door </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">or into the front yard, toward the East, if possible. Hardcore hoodoos will use </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">their own urine or the urine of a child as an ingredient in a floor wash.</span></span></h4>
